Entry Requirements
Candidates should be 18 years or older and provide evidence to demonstrate academic and English language as follows:
Preferred Academic Requirements:
* After achieving ICT 40415 Certificate IV in Information Technology Course, or ACCIT ICT 20115 Certificate II in Information, Digital media and technology you are eligible for applying for the course

- * With demonstrated vocational experience in a range of work environments in senior network support roles, including administrator, operations analyst, technician, operations or support coordinator/technician.
English Language Requirements:

* Candidates should have at least a minimum of IELTS 5.5; or Equivalent.
Delivery modes

* This course is delivered over 52 weeks including breaks.

* Delivery involves 20 hrs per week of total training with 15 hrs per week of full-time classroom-based delivery and 5 hrs per week online Moodle learning management system.
Course Description
The course will provide the students effective skills for managing the installation of the different network like internet working, security, e-business integration, individually as an ICT specialist or as the part of a team.
