Entry Requirements
BSB41115 Certificate IV in Business or other relevant qualification.
Candidates should have at least a minimum of IELTS 5.5; or Equivalent.
Candidate should be 18 and above in age.
OR
With vocational experience working in a business environment but without formal business qualifications.
Delivery modes

*This course is delivered over 52 weeks including breaks.

*Delivery involves 20 hrs. per week of total training with 13.5 hrs. per week of full-time face to face and online-based delivery and 6.5 hrs. per week online Moodle learning management system.

Course Description
This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services job roles. These individuals may have frontline management accountabilities.
Individuals in these roles carry out moderately complex tasks in a specialist field of expertise that requires business operations skills. They may possess substantial experience in a range of settings but seek to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions.
Employment Opportunities
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who use well-developed business skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of business contexts – Recordkeeping, Purchasing and Procurement, Advertising and Marketing, Public Administration, Business Administration, Legal Administration.
They apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility for the output of others, however they typically report to a more senior business practitioner.
